A High-Converting Website for Lead Generation & Monetization
Problem
All Homes 360 needed a new real estate platform to effectively monetize through lead generation and Google Ads. Their previous site lacked a user-friendly experience, making it difficult for users to navigate property listings and connect with agents. Additionally, as a new brand, they needed a strong visual identity to establish credibility and stand out in a competitive market.

Branding & Visual Identity
As the sole designer, I was responsible for building the brand identity from the ground up. This included designing the logo, color palette, typography, and overall visual direction to ensure a professional and cohesive brand presence. Every visual element, from UI components to marketing materials, was crafted to reflect a modern, approachable, and trustworthy real estate platform.
UX Research
Competitor Analysis: Studied leading real estate platforms to identify best practices for listing organization, filtering options, and ad placement.
Stakeholder Feedback: Gathered insights from real estate professionals to understand the key features users expect when searching for properties.

Next steps
After working with developers to implement these new designs, we shared the site with stakeholders. They were overall pleased, but after discussions with them and user testing, we decided some minor changes needed to be made. In order to maximize monetization of this site, we needed to get as many listings in front of the user as possible to maximize their chances of finding a suited property for them.
Solution
Since most of the company’s traffic comes from mobile users, our primary focus was optimizing the mobile experience. Based on user testing feedback, I proposed a modified, expandable search filtering system, allowing more property listings to remain visible above the fold for improved discoverability.
To further enhance usability, I redesigned the listing layout with a horizontal format, significantly reducing the page height and maximizing the number of listings displayed at once.
Additionally, I introduced a prominent “Check Mortgage Rates” button, strategically placed to drive conversions through a high-value third-party partnership.
